Reception:

Reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Reception staff are available for check-in, information requests and any assistance required.

Hotel Alerion house rules

Arrival and departure times:

Check-in times are from 2:00 pm.
Guests must vacate their rooms by 12:00 pm on the day of departure.

Reservations:

A reservation is required to guarantee a room.
Reservation changes must be communicated to reception 24 hours in advance.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
In the event of late cancellation or no-show, a fee equivalent to one night will be charged.

Guest behavior:

Excessive noise is not permitted after 10:00 pm.
Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.

Pets:

Pets are not permitted, with the exception of duly registered service animals.

No smoking:

The hotel is entirely non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are available outside.

Valuables:

The hotel is not responsible for valuables left unattended in rooms or common areas.

Cleaning and maintenance:

Rooms will be cleaned daily. Guests are asked to report any problems to reception.

Early departure:

No refunds will be given for early departures.
